I met the owner of IMPress Graphics a little over a year-and-a-half ago when I was looking to switch vendors.  IMPress Graphics was recommended to me by another medical office manager. Since then, I have used them for all my promotional and advertising needs, up to and including: business cards, brochures, letterhead, t-shirts, exterior signage, physician bio cards, and more.  Their experience in different materials has also been a pleasant surprise.  If I don’t like the way something looks and ask if it can be done differently they find a material to match my wishes. I have found the IMPress Graphics team to be professional, diligent, prompt, and exacting in their desire to deliver what I want.  If anything is off they make sure they make the changes necessary to correct the problem before it goes to production. But most importantly, I think the team of IMPress Graphics really cares about their customers and go above and beyond to make them happy.
